La famille Lauzon a le regret de vous annoncer le décès de M. Marcel Lauzon décédé le 10 décembre 2016 à l'âge de 92 ans. Il était le fils de feu Emile Lauzon et de feu Laurence Villeneuve. Il était l'époux de feu Rita Saucier. Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Claudette (Claude Gingras), Suzanne Guérette, Paul (Estelle Préfontaine) et Gilles (Dolorès Raymond). Il était le grand-père adoré de : Chantal, Caroline, Éric, Joffrey, Patrick, Stéphane, Dominique, Pascal et Geneviève ainsi que l'arrière-grand-père de : Emily, Olivier, Alexandre, Zoë, Charlotte, Mathilde, Alexanne, Élodie, Christian et Abigail. Il laisse également son frère Claude (Jeannine Boily) ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces et amis. Marcel fut prédécédé par son frère Gilles. Marcel Lauzon fut un patriarche dédié d'une famille de quatre générations qui prenait un vif intérêt dans la vie de chacun de ses membres. Sa carrière comprenait plusieurs volets : horloger, bijoutier et investisseur dans l'immobilier dans la basse-ville et le Marché By. Il était un citoyen engagé et actif dans sa communauté. Il a été membre de plusieurs conseils d'administration, notamment le conseil paroissial, le conseil de l'Hôpital Riverside, et l'association des marchands de la rue Dalhousie. Marcel aimait s'impliquer aux politiques municipal, provincial et fédéral. Une messe commémorative aura lieu le vendredi 16 décembre à 10 h en la Cathédrale Notre-Dame (385 rue Sussex, Ottawa). La famille recevra les condoléances à compter de 9 h. En Mémoire de Marcel, des dons à l'Institut de Cardiologie de l'Université d'Ottawa ou à l'Hôpital d'Ottawa '96 Campus Civic seraient grandement apprécié. Obituary of Claude Lauzon
est décédé le 30 mai 2018 à l'âge de 86 ans.
Il était le fils de feu Emile Lauzon et de feu Laurence Villeneuve. Homme dévoué à sa famille, il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Jeannine (née Boily), sept enfants, Lise, (Robert Viens), Monique (Denis Tanguay), Nicole (Bill Bauer), Jacques (Monique St-Georges), Claire (Julian Hanlon), Hélène (Norbert Lukowski), Michel (Lynn Pelletier), onze petits-enfants, Jean-René, Jean-Philippe, Christian, Benoît, Marie-Eve, Martine, Natalie, Michèle, Jonny, Mathieu et Charles ainsi que quatre arrières petits-enfants. Prédécédé par son petit-fils Francis et par ses deux frères Gilles et Marcel (feu Rita Saucier). Il laisse également plusieurs neveux et nièces. La famille recevra les condoléances à compter de 9h00 le lundi 11 juin en la Cathédrale Notre-Dame d'Ottawa, 385 prom. Sussex, suivies d'une messe funéraire à 10h00.
It is with profound sadness we announce that Claude Lauzon passed away peacefully on May 30, 2018 at the age of 86. He was the son of the late Emile Lauzon and the late Laurence Villeneuve. Predeceased by his grandson Francis and two brothers Gilles and Marcel (late Rita Saucier). Beloved husband of Jeannine (nee Boily), proud father of Lise (Robert Viens), Monique (Denis Tanguay), Nicole (Bill Bauer), Jacques (Monique St-Georges), Claire (Julian Hanlon), Hélène (Norbert Lukowski) and Michel (Lynn Pelletier). He will be dearly missed by his 11 grandchildren, Jean-René, Jean-Philippe, Christian, Benoît, Marie-Eve, Martine, Natalie, Michèle, Jonny, Mathieu and Charles, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
