      Naissance du député Horace Racine Natif d'Ottawa, Horace Racine est un entrepreneur en pompes funèbres. Membre du Parti libéral de l'Ontario, il se fait élire député provincial d'Ottawa-Est lors des élections de 1963. Il siège à l'Assemblée législative pendant un seul mandat, soit de 1963 à 1967. Il meurt à Ottawa le 19 mai 1993.
