After a long battle with illness, on February 13, 2013, at the age of 78. Beloved husband to Gisèle Labonté. Devoted father to Pierre (Suzanne Saumure) and Gilles (Linda Bédard). Cherished grandfather to Pascal, Sébastien (Kyle Harvey) and André. Loved brother to the late Raymond, Fernand (Paulette) and Marguerite (Louis) Lalonde. Dear brother-in-law to Sister Denise Labonté, Bernard Labonté (Madeleine Lafleur), the late Ronald Labonté (Shirley Brown), Marie-Claire (Jean) Dorion and Marcel Labonté (Diane McCarthy). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends. Predeceased by his parents: Jean Robert Mantha and Rose- Anne Halverson. A private service will be held. Donations to the Montfort Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
