Ce matin en l'église Ste-Anne a sept heures ont eu lieu les funerailles de M. Emery Landry, décédée subitement a sa demeure 483 rue St-Patrice, le dimanche 30 septembre a l'age de 77 ans. M. l'abbé Pierre Martel fit la levée du corps et chanta le service. Le corps fut Inhumé au cimetière Notre-Dame d'Ottawa ou l'abé récita les prières d'usage. Ces funérailles étaient sous la direction de la maison funéraire Gauthier. 259 rue St-Patrice.

Outre son epoux, Mme Landry (nee Elisa Carriere) laisse dans le deuil son pere M. Joachim Carriere, sa mere Adelaide St-Louis, un frere, Joseph, a Ottawa un petit fils Henri Levesque et cinq petits-enfants: Denise, Henri, Anny, Huguette et Yvette Levesque.
Mme Carriere repose au salon funeraire Gauthier, a 257 rue St-Patrice. Avis de funerailles sera donne plus tard.
