    Obituary of Phyllis Theresa Thebarge

    Passed away peacefully on September 13, 2018 at Extendicare Starwood at the age of 91. Daughter of the late Thomas Allan Thebarge and the late Theresa Linde. Dear sister of Frederick (Denyse Blais) and Barbara (Henry) Palindat. She also leaves in sorrow her sister-in-law Raymonde Allard and many nephews, nieces and friends. She was also predeceased by her siblings Robert and June. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences starting at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
