      MOREL, Georges Passed away at home on Wednesday, June 19, 2008 at the age of 79. Dear son of the late Raoul Morel and the late Marie-Jeanne Morel (Wallingford). Beloved brother of: Marie-Jeanne Pelletier (Leo) and Marguerite Bourgon (late Jacques). He will be sadly missed by his cherished niece Gabrielle Roussy and by numerous dear nephews, nieces and friends. Predeceased by many brothers and sisters. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 4th, 2008 in Ste-Anne Church (528 Old St-Patrick St. Ottawa) at 10a.m. For those who wish, flowers can be sent in memory of Mr. Morel or donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.     • Georges (Goglu) Morel demeurait sur la rue St-Patrice, près du pont de l’île
      Porter. Il était très bon dans tous les sports, surtout à la crosse. Il a travaillé à la
      base de Rockcliffe comme aide-plombier. Je le rencontrais souvent, car je travaillais
      à la base d’Uplands. Il a été un grand ami de mon frère Paul. Je crois
      qu’il est décédé le 16 août 2008.
